Warranty Terms

For the first 30 days from purchase we will cover the return shipping, repair and shipping the product back to the customer.

The remaining 11 months will require customers to cover the costs of shipping of product to us and the cost of shipping back to customer once repaired. We will cover the cost of the part and carry out the repair.

We will not offer a refund option on used products unless Brand New and unused in the same condition they arrived.

Please note some issues are not covered by our warranty such as:
– Water Damage
– Collisions / Improper usage
– Tyre or tube failure unless received faulty upon delivery
– Front and rear fender is not covered
– Throttle damaged due to exerting excessive pressure
